Dear National Child Support,
Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all that
National Child Support has done to collect the past due support
from my ex-husband.
As you will recall, at the time I came to National Child
Support, I had been through ten years of court dates, and
thousands of dollars in legal fees with no consistent payment
results. It seemed as though for every one thousand dollars
I collected, I paid out close to that amount in legal fees, in
addition to having to do all the work of tracking him down
myself.
I was amazed at the way National Child Support has achieved
such positive results, and don't understand how your staff can
do what so many years of court dates, and jail time have failed
to do. (But keep it up!!) It has been well worth your fee.
Everyone on your staff has been a pleasure to deal with, from
your receptionist on up. I get the feeling that everyone in
your office will do what is necessary to get the job done,
including going out of their way. Needless to say, this must
account for your success.
I look forward to continuing with your services for as long as
there is child support to collect.
